Kyoto is famous for its dolls, kyo-ningyo. Keiho Ando Japanese Doll shop have been making traditional dolls since 1903.
Entering the display room on the second floor, you will be surprised to find that all the dolls look different.
For the dolls' costumes the real kimono cloth is used, and the colours of the layers are especially well-balanced.
